Emmanuelle Beaumes was admitted as an Avocate (French independent lawyer) in 2006, she is based in Paris, France and in London, UK, and therefore she divides her time between these two countries. Emmanuelle has extensive experience in business litigation and has advised on a number of high value complex commercial litigation matters, both domestically and internationally.

Native French speaker and perfectly fluent in English, Emmanuelle handles all civil and commercial issues in relation to dispute resolution: negotiations leading to a potential settlement agreement (pre, post and in the course of litigation), and defence before all French Courts for French and international holding companies operating globally, high net worth investors and start-ups.
Emmanuelle regularly speaks at events to share her expertise on subject matters in relation to business litigation. Moreover, she was involved as an expert in international law and comparative law in the diplomatic mission “EU Central Asia Rule of Law Platform”. In this regard, she worked alongside the Chairwoman of the Kyrgyz Bar to set up sustainable democratic rules and to raise awareness of Human Rights and reform in Central Asia.

Recognised for her speaking and training skills, Emmanuelle also chairs and speaks at business-litigation related conferences held in French and in English for Lefebvre Dalloz, the leader in professional and university legal publishing in France.

Her personal interests include adventure, wine and speed leisure. Furthermore, Emmanuelle is an accomplished sportswoman: boxing, rowing, yoga, swimming, tennis, skiing.
