Emmanuelle Beaumes, French Independent Lawyer

The practice history

After studying for 11 years in France, in the UK and in Germany (La Sorbonne in Paris, Goethe Universität in Frankfurt and Queen Mary University London) with a focus on Private International Law and in Comparative Law, Emmanuelle Beaumes started her career as a Business Litigator in Paris in 2006, working in Litigation & Arbitration departments of renowned British and American international law firms. With a constant drive to achieve excellence, having a natural aptitude to build strong and long-term relationships with her clients, and passionate about her profession, Emmanuelle was soon able to grow an important client base.

In 2012, Emmanuelle founded her own law practice which specialises in business litigation with offices in Paris and London. In this respect, Emmanuelle is duly authorised by the Paris Bar Council to practice in both jurisdictions and therefore she is registered and in good standing with the Paris Bar in France and with the Law Society in England & Wales.

Over the years, Emmanuelle has created a reliable network of legal and accounting professionals in France and abroad (lawyers, bailiffs, process servers, auditors, chartered accountants, notaries, administrators, etc.) who may, per Emmanuelle’s instructions, assist whenever the cases so require.
